Name in Buttons?

I don't have any fancy letters adorning my son's wall in his room.  I've been meaning to do something like it.  I wonder if you could do it with spare buttons and spray adhesive or the like.  Hmmm.  Just filing it here as an idea.

Tablecloth Lightbulb Moment

Okay, something else maybe you don't know about me.  I get these, hmmm, revelations, or aha moments, as Oprah would say - for normal everyday things that other people probably already realize.  While not blonde, they feel blonde-ish to me.

One popular one that my family jokes about is the realization that, plums are prunes.  Yeah, amazing eh?  So every time we have prunes, that gets brought up, or vice versa - plums.

Anyway, just had a duh moment.  While looking at the picture below, I thought, oh what a beautiful tablecloth.  Then I realized, holy crap, I could actually sew my own tablecloth by buying awesome beautiful fabric....  I'm a sad creature yes?

Mod Podge Balls with Wrap?

I had an idea while looking at this craft:

Inspired by a different craft at Mod Podge Rocks.

Why not use wrapping paper.  We don't wrap much of anything here at Christmas (we are gift card people) but I have seen the cutest wrapping papers this year it hurt NOT to buy any.  Now I think it would be cool to decoupage some wrap onto old Christmas balls you don't use or like.  Good idea?
