Ornaments

I found this and then lost the link, but I think the glass ball is reproducible.
If you made this ball let me know!

Mobiles

In case you didn't know, I have this thing about things that hang from the ceiling.
The ceiling should never be bare!

Baby Blanket

I love this fabric!  Another blanket from A Feathered Nest.

This is pure gorgeousness.  And when I say simple, I mean it.  Anyone can do this, but in case there is confusion, there is a great tutorial too!  Found at A Feathered Nest.

Baby Bib Tutorial

Abby of A Feathered Nest has a tutorial on how to make baby bibs.
She makes it look extremely easy.

Pom Pom Wreath

While I tend to hate pom poms, this is gorgeous.

Candle Mod Podge-ry

Gorgeous.  Now while I don't do Hanukkah, this might be great for Advent candles next year.

Tree Topper DIY

This is very squee.  I've been unable to find a tree topper I love for many moons.  Currently our tree doesn't have one at all.  With this idea, I can get any flat glittery lovely, and put wires on the back somehow to transfix anything to the top.  So simple, so great, watch out Walmart, here I come, cause I know they have glittery stars, just nothing great looking topperwise.

Basically a flat decoration that you add wire to the back of to strap to the top of your tree.

Sorry the pictures are suck.  If anything I need these visuals so I don't forget for myself!  From the Sarah Richardson Christmas special 'Sarah's Holiday Party' on HGTV.

Embroidered Jesus-ness

I hope thats not an offensive word, but anyway.  I love these tea towels, but they are ridiculous expensive to have shipped (I'm sure you'll find them by searching 'Jesus is the Gift').  Why not embroider yourself?  Next year perhaps?  Red and white are love by the way... :)

Candle Votives

I took these incredibly craps pics cause I couldn't find a decent one of this project online, but the idea is simple.  Cheap votives, wire and a tea light.  Just twist the wire around the votive, tie off the ends, slip your votive inside and hang.

Then hang them from walls, or woodpiles at the entry to your door (as Sarah Richardson did in her Christmas special, 'Sarah's Holiday Party' on HGTV.)

Card Hanging Ideas

Just when I thought I had decided on a card hanging project, this one comes along.  <3 <3 <3!

Cover A Lamp?

The lamp on the right makes me think,
hey, you could actually cover a lampshade with fabric couldn't you?

Pinata

Apparently there is such a thing as a non-violent pinata.  Aidan wants a pinata for his birthday he says, so I'll have to give this a gander over at Mad in Crafts.

Stamping On Clothes

I like how easy and unique this makes plain fabric.

Fake Presents

Since we don't wrap gifts much for our tree (environment and all) this really appeals to me.  Cause its not that I don't appreciate the look, just all the waste for no good reason.
