We interrupt the original nature of this blog to bring you a calorie needs calculator. I just find this place is the best one for keeping stuff I want to find fast, and really I'm too busy to start a separate diet blog. I don't anticipate having many diet posts, as I don't want to obsess on the topic, and mainly want to keep a paper journal for convenience's sake, I do want to be able to have my source for my starting calorie point in a place I won't lose it amongst all the other sites I have bookmarked, like at Delicious.
Anyway, I'm using this calculator as my starting point.
